These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Chelsea Parc at Tuscawilla Homeowners Association, Inc.'s phone system and text messaging (SMS) program. By calling our phone line or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.
Our Phone System
Chelsea Parc at Tuscawilla Homeowners Association, Inc. uses an automated phone system to answer resident calls, provide community information, and route requests. Calls may be recorded or logged for quality and administrative purposes.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Opt-in: You will only receive text messages from Chelsea Parc at Tuscawilla HOA if you opt in by one of the following methods: (1) verbally agreeing during a call with our automated phone system, (2) providing your mobile phone number verbally to a board member or HOA representative during a community meeting or phone call, or (3) completing and returning the HOA's SMS/email opt-in postcard. Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on how you opted in and your interactions with our phone system. We do not send recurring marketing campaigns.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our phone or text messaging system for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the system.
No Warranty
Our phone and text messaging system is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information provided through the automated system is complete or error-free. For official HOA matters, please confirm information with the HOA board or management company directly.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chelsea Parc at Tuscawilla Homeowners Association, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our phone or text messaging system.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our phone or text messaging system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
